What is it?:

Over 30 stalls of cakes, wine, cheese, coffee, macaroons, pies, pickles, beers, jam, bbqs, scotch eggs, tarts, cookware, popcorn, chocolate, chorizo, tea, biscuits, breads, cookies, Italian street food and an old fashioned sweet stall...

After the huge success of Autumn Graze I have organised the follow up event, Spring Graze to take place on Bank Holiday Monday 7th May 2012. Autumn Graze saw over a thousand people through our doors with many stalls selling out entirely and everyone thoroughly enjoying themselves. The idea of the this little springtime North East food fair is to bring together small regional producers and suppliers for a day, to raise the profile of many of them and what they do and show you what is being grown, baked, cooked, pickled and preserved around you... oh, and to eat!

Why is it important for me?:

This years line up includes Carruthers and Kent  with wines and a special cocktail, Ringtons Tea with hampers, Deli Fina with lots of deli goodies, Cuddy Duck Chocolates, my own Grazer stall, Olive Tree Charcuterie grilling up chorizo and rocket ciabatta rolls outside, Corn Again Popcorn with their flavoured popcorns, The Feathers Inn BBQ-ing and selling their homemade delicacies, Tyne Bank Brewery with bottled brews and bright beer take aways, Yum Yum Cookie mixes, Pet Lamb Patisserie with their beautiful cakes, Yummy Things jams and preserves, Sorella with cookery and homeware, Dough Works with every type of fresh bread.

The Broad Chare Pub will be laden with pork pies, scotch eggs and much more, The Ouseburn Coffee Company Newcastle's first independant roastery will be there, Northumberland Cheese Company with lots of cheese, The French Oven with macaroons, tarts and quiches, Hotel du Vin with bacon sandwiches, wines and more and 'Cakes by Rebecca' with interesting and unusual cakes and pastries. Marco Polo will serving up some hot Italian street food and Karin's Kandy Store will be selling every sweet under the sun...

How much does it cost?:
