Join us for a day in the hedgerows and meadows in Grassington learning to find, identify & prepare edible plants, seeds, nuts, flowers and fungi with Chris Bax from Taste the Wild as seen on BBC Country file, Blue Peter and ITV.

What is it?: 

This fabulous two-day experience includes:

Tuesday: Check in from 2pm relax in your room or explore the Grassingon Village, then join us in the bar for an early evening get together with appetizers at 7.00pm. There will then be a welcome
orientation with John Rudden as he introduces the foraging adventure followed by 3–course dinner served around 8/8.30pm.

Wednesday: Hearty Yorkshire breakfast featuring John’s handreared rare-breed pork sausages and bacon served at 9.00am. Enjoy a fascinating morning foraging with Chris Bax. Picnic Lunch featuring home-made treats from the Grassington House kitchen. An afternoon of more foraging followed by a Master Class on how to cook the freshly foraged foods with Chris and John. Evening 3-course dinner, featuring some of the foraged foods.

Depart after another Yorkshire breakfast Thursday Morning at 11.am
