Convenience food doesn't have to mean bad food. We produce our own range of meals which are cooked as they would be at home.

Our meals are prepared using free range meat, game and fish sourced from small scale National Trust farms across the North of England. Cooked in a traditional manner without artificial additives we allow our natural ingredients to deliver rich and satisfying meals.

All our meat is free range and reared on a natural diet without the use of growth promoters and with high standards of animal welfare. This gives the meat a superior flavour that is lost in factory farmed food. It also helps to preserve our traditional landscapes and the animals have a better life as well. Our initial range concentrated on producing classic dishes brought up to date with a twist using the finest ingredients the North of England has to offer.

No time to cook for a dinner party? Don't worry multi portion packs are available as a 6 portion serving to cook straight from the oven. Also if you have a pub or restaurant, we can supply you with either individual or multi-portion meals.
